SURFACE PREPARATION PLANTS

It is the main stage of the dyeing process. The paint resistance and protection applied before the surface is prepared is limited.

The surface on which the paint will be applied must be clean and free of oil and rust.

It is equally important that the surface is abraded by roughening and the application of coatings that increase corrosion resistance.

Such processes are designed and manufactured for all types of projects in accordance with the needs and conditions.

PAINT APPLICATION CAB

Paint application has two main purposes;

  • Providing color, allure and aesthetic appearance
  • Protection against rust, corrosion and other external factors

Paint application systems vary according to needs and conditions. It helps you to determine the most appropriate method and offers the ideal solution for every situation with its optimum designs. Industrial paints can be examined in two main groups as wet and powder. Wet paint is preferred because of its surface quality and ease of changing color, while powder paint is preferred due to its application efficiency, corrosion resistance and low VOC (Volatile organic compound) emission.

PAINT DRYING / CURING FURNACE

The final stage of the paint application is curing and it is essential for homogeneous heat distribution in the furnace, accurate transmission of heat energy to the painted parts and a precise temperature control in order to realize it correctly.

The ovens are hot air circulating and are compatible with direct flame flammable proportional burner, thermoblock heat exchanger, steam and hot water.

COMBINED PAINT CABIN AND OVEN

Along with quality paint surface quality, prerequisite for personnel and environmental health is to paint the parts in a carefully designed, clean and dust-free environment. For this reason, the paint particles formed during the spraying must be removed from the indoor environment as soon as possible. Our combined dyeing and drying systems are especially used in automotive service centers and have been designed and found place in other industries.

ENERGY MANAGEMENT

There is a considerable amount of energy requirement at every stage of the paint application process. Even the smallest savings in energy consumption yield impressive results. The said savings can repay the entire investment of the dyehouse in a short time by itself. We have the highest energy consumption (or losses) in the paint booth and furnace, and we have concentrated our R&D studies on this critical issue. Our energy efficiency projects and their percentage gains are as follows.

Heat recovery unit (recuprator) (50%)
Evaporative / desicative cooling / dehumidification (65%)
Direct combustion burner (35%)
Solar furnaces (80%)

MATERIAL HANDLING SYSTEM

Material movement systems such as chain conveyor, roller table, monorail and automotor are used to ensure the passage of parts within the facility during the painting process.

PENETRANT CRACK TEST CABIN

It is a test facility used to determine whether there is a crack in sensitive castings without damaging the part. Ropart has established two facilities in this regard and both are for testing aircraft engine parts. It is a sensitive and detailed process.

SOUND INSULATION CABINS

It prevents noisy operations from disturbing the environment. All the walls are covered with special sound absorbing panels and provide a serious decrease in sound level.

CLEAN ROOMS

CLEAN STERILE ROOMS

DUST COLLECTION

Automatic dust collection systems that we use in our sandblasting and powder coating facilities can be applied to any dust extracting operation in general. (sanding, casting, grinding, etc.) Our devices automatically contain cartridge filters that are cleaned by backwashing with pressurized air at certain periods.

CHEMOSYL COATING

It is the preparation process for coating rubber on metal. Especially various wedges used in automotive are covered with rubber on metal. However, in order to ensure adhesion, it is necessary to coat Kemosil material on these metal parts first. It is sprayed and baked completely automatically with our special design robotic system.

SHOP PRIMER

Our automatic sandblasting and priming facilities with Shop Primer for the protection of the parts after steel construction manufacturing.

METAL SPRAYING

Coating by spraying with the method of melt pulverizing the metal is a very noisy operation and risky operation in terms of health and environment. When it is applied in specially designed cabinets, it decreases the sound level to an acceptable level and removes the metal particles scattered from the environment, discharging them out harmlessly by holding with a filter.
